[EnergyPlus_Support] EnergyPlus 4 Warning leads to failure

Hi All-

I've been receiving this warning:  

** Warning ** Shading:Site:Detailed="EXTERNAL_SURFACES:PV_1", Transmittance Schedule Name="ALWAYS_ON", is always transparent.

I don't understand what the warning means by "transparent" , any clues?
