[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather conversion



Dear all,
 
I am desperately trying to convert a .csv weather file I have for Zurich to an .epw one and cannot manage to make the weather converter work on it without error.
 
Could anyone give me a light on what is going on? I am probably doing a very stupid, a simple mistake but I simply cannot get out of it.
 
I set this weather file up following the recommendations in the EPW data dictionary pp. 38 of the weather converter manual but it simply doesn't work.
 
I have attached the csv file to this email.
