It's always been the possibility for users to upload more
than "problems" to the YG files.

I have added a "User Exchange" folder and feel free to upload
into that, create sub folders under that, etc.  Be sure to document
what you upload is all I suggest.

Attachments are currently allowed but be mindful that not everyone has a high speed connection.  Limit attachments to small files.
