[EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling coil SHR lower limit

Hi,

I often use Energy Plus to simulate existing buildings and system in order to promote optimum rehabilitation approach.

In humid climates such as Bangkok, it often happens that when I reduce the sensible cooling loads (with external solar shadings, sensible cooling recovery...) the latent load increases, resulting in a total load reduction that is not really attractive regarding corresponding investments...

My question is: What is the realistic lower value for SHR? I know that 65 to 75% is current in not so humid climate but is 50 to 60% realistic?
Is my simulation result realistic or not? If yes, What system regulation strategy does EnergyPlus offer to deal with this issue?

Thanks a lot,
Aymeric
