Dear Rick, I was just focusing on that two options…but it is good to
have a confirmation…so thanks a lot! All the best! Stefano From:

Behalf Of Rick Strand Stefano: It seems like what you want to use for simulating a radiator
is a "ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water".
This model is also intended to simulate radiators. For the internal source element, you should use either the
hydronic or constant flow low temperature radiant system. Both of those
systems have separate inputs for hooking them up to hot and chilled water
loops. Hope this helps. Rick Strand EnergyPlus Development Team On Jan 8, 2010, at 5:42 AM, Avesani Stefano wrote:
Dear all, I am a new user of Eplus and I
am trying to simulate a very simple hot and cold water plant: I don’t
want to use any air system. I would like to use in winter
radiators and internal source between the wall layers, and in summer only the
internal source in the walls. For simulating radiators do I
have to use “Zone HVAC: High Temperature Radiant”? How can I
connect it to the main gas boiler? For simulating walls
activation how can I connect the surface construction (I have already set the
“Internal source construction”) to the gas boiler (in winter) and
to the electric chiller (in summer)? Thanks for helping! Best regards!
