E+ thinks the second line (Output:Table:Monthly) is the name of the Output:Table:Monthly object. And E+ thinks Daylighting Report is the number of digits after the decimal, which of course is an error. The syntax for each object can be seen in either: the IDD, appropriate example files, the IDF Editor, or Input Output Reference document.
