[EnergyPlus_Support] Open Studio - Sketchup

Hi,

I am new to Energy Plus and need some help!  I am trying to build a model and was wondering if I can build the structure first then paste it into the zone.  If I paste a basic house into the zone it works however the structure that I built has a lot of details and when I tried placing the building into an zone it gave me an error.  Is there an easier way to do this?  Thanks!
