Since you have changed so many numbers, and with such a slow running program, I am afraid that  I cannot help you this time.  The section  of code you are changing is relatively small.  However, the simulation time on my 150MHz PC was very long, more than 2 hours per simulation, because you are still using version 2.2.
 
You should make small changes and then can keep track of the errors, or capacity changes of your plant.

Thank you all for your help.The simulation finally proceeded. Now I have a new question. I want to change the characteristics of the heatpump and the ground heat exchanger, but when I did that the simulation stopped and it had mistakes again. I am attaching the idf and the mistakes.Please take a look. The fields that have been changed are the max loop volumetric flow rate in PLANT LOOP, CONDENSER LOOP, CONTROLLER:SIMPLE and in PUMP and all the numbers in GROUND HEAT EXCHANGER, HEAT PUMP:COOLING and HEATPUMP:HEATING.
