All:
We are working on a project that has a central whole house dehumidifier, which is ducted to provide dry air throughout the house. It is not necessarily a dessicant system, so will not have a regeneration cycle.
Any one have a good way to model a dehumidifier where I can specify the power consumption, moisture removal rate or capacity and delta-T realively simply. I think it has to be an AirLoopHVAC object. Is there one of the standard object classes that is easy to hack in terms of inputs to simulate this behavior?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Mike
