[EnergyPlus_Support] calibration of Natural ventilated building

How to calibrate room model in Natural Ventilated buildings 
 
we have two rooms of top floor which are identical to each, among which one roof surface in painted white and for compare comfort improvement we choose the neighbour room that's having ordinary roof.
 
Now we set goal to find comfort improvement in white surface room but before to do we need some Protocol values so that we can calibrate the room momdel
Like in Energy case we can choose IPMVP protocol for Mean bias error (MBE and CVRMSE %) value for its calibration.
 
At our experimental setup (IIIT, Hyderabad) we are measuring
1 Surface temp of top roof for both rooms
2. Inside roof temp-  for Both rooms
3 Inside air temp. in both rooms
4. Global solar radiation
5 Ambient temperature
