[EnergyPlus_Support] I wonder something about Thermal Chimney model in E+

Hello.
Nowadays I have studied Double skin Facade.
One paper stated that when double skin facade faces southside and connected with cross ventilation(opening exist north side wall), orientation of wind is very important.

For example, Let's suppose a building with 6 stories applied Thermal Chimney at south side wall.
When wind orientation is north (blows from north to south) it's very favorable for crossventilation. (wind take in from north side openings and take the heat of indoor out through thermal chimney's cavity)

But when wind orientaion is south (blows from south to north) lower stories' heated air flows in thermal chimney's cavity, but it doesn't totally go out through thermal chimney's cavity. Some flows backward around upper stories. So indoor air is contaminated by lower side air.

The title of this paper is
"Is day natural ventilation still possible in office buildings with a double-skin facade?" (2004, Building and Environment)
Author : Elisabeth Gratia, Andre De Herde

Definitely, wind velocity and orientation is in the Weather File.
But Does E+ consider wind orientation and velocity when it calculate natural ventilation efficiency of Thermal Chimney like a CFD program?

I wanna know this. Please help me out :)
