As I understand it, transmitted solar, or any load for that matter, only enters the air energy balance through conduction from surfaces to boundary layer, then convection from surfaces and direct air transfer.  Unlike DOE2 and other engines, transmitted solar is not immediately added to zone loads, instead it heats up surfaces which convect and re-radiate to other surfaces.  Some energy can also re-radiate back out the window.
So short answer, no need to include transmitted solar.  Please someone confirm?

Hi I am trying to find the right output variable to calculate the energy balance for a building with idea loads system.

as I have understand until now the following variables is the soloution to this answer

1. Zone Air Balance Internal Convective Gains Rate --> Heat gains from Internal gains to the zone node air

2. Zone Air Balance Surface Convection Rate --> Heat from all surfaces to the zone air node

3. Zone Air Balance Interzone Air Transfer Rate --> infiltrarion / ventilation heat to the zone air node

4. Zone Air Balance System Air Transfer Rate --> hvac system supplementary heat

5. Zone Air Balance Air Energy Storage Rate --> heat storage in air

6. Zone Air Balance Deviation Rate --> imbalance, in watts, in the energy balance for zone air

The part that I cannot resolve is the solar energy that comes into zone due to windows. One question that i have is bout the variable Zone Air Balance Internal Convective Gains Rate. Does this include the transmitted solar energy or I should add the variable Zone Transmitted Solar.

also I would like to ask about the Interzonal heat transfer from zone to zone. is there any variable that can give this heat transfer for each zone or the only way is to sum the heat transfer of each individual internal wall ?
