[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Earth tube connected to VAV system with supplies and returns in different zones
Hi Kwang,
I'm trying to access the features of the Earth tube model in compact hvac. The earth tube model appears to be quite simple in terms of ventilation. However, what happens when it is connected to a more complex system?
That is what I'm attempting.
The other point relates to interzonal air flow induced by compact HVAC. My current approach is: use an appropriate hvac template, run E+, open the expidf and apply set point managers to set mass flow to zero on the appropriate nodes shutting off supply/ extract in the respective rooms. In this way, I hope to model supply in one room with extract in another. I think I need to do a couple of things in AirflowNetwork that I haven't worked out yet.
