[EnergyPlus_Support] auxiliary thermostatic control

Dear all,

This is my first post and although I've searched I am sorry if what I am asking is already answered.

I want to interfere to thermostatic control for example with an auxiliary controller. Is that feasible? I am a new user of EnergyPlus, so could you steer me towards where I should be looking???
Generally is it possible to interfere to EnergyPlus' inputs during the simulation?

Thanks

Antonio
