RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Does E+ consider wind speed reduction factor?

The AirflowNetwork model assumes the local wind speed is a function of
height. The adjustment of wind pressure coefficients is a user's choice. The
corresponding object is
AirflowNetwork:MultiZone:WindPressureCoefficientValues.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Does E+ consider wind speed reduction factor?

As you know wind speed is not the constant value. It changes by height.
Therefore wind pressure coefficients are changed as it's speed changes.

When simulate with Airflow Network, does E+ consdier wind speed reduction or
adding factor?
I wonder locating factor(Urban, Rural etc.) either.

Would somebody give me a advice?
Thanks.
