I do not know whether there is any organized for Singapore.
EPlus Consultant, Mr. Ooi Koon Beng, conducted a two day EPlus course at UNIMAS, Kuching not long ago. He is now in Kuala Lumpur.
May be you can organize a venue and ask him to conduct a course in Singapore.
