[EnergyPlus_Support] Gas heating and evaporative cooling on a single air loop - possible or not?

Hello,

I am trying to model a building that is conditioned with units that
include a gas heating coil and an evaporative cooler. A fan provides
airflow, and dampers control the proportions of outside, return and
relief air.

In cooling, maximum supply air flow is provided (~3000L/s), comprised
entirely of OA. The evaporative cooler provides cooling.

In heating, the total supply airflow is halved (~1500L/s), and OA is
reduced to a minimum (~850L/s). The balance is made up from return air
(~650L/s). Heating is via the gas heating coil.

Is it possible to model this system using a single AirLoopHVAC system?

Previously when I have modelled evaporative coolers I have controlled
them by using AvailabilityManager:HighTemperatureTurnOn and
AvailabilityManager:LowTemperatureTurnOff objects to turn the entire
system on/off based on zone temperature. This will not work if there is
a heating coil on the same loop - the AvailabilityManagers will turn the
system off at same time that heating is required. So is there an
alternative control method for the evaporative cooler? Or do I need to
create two sepparate AirLoopHVAC systems - one for heating and one for
cooling?

If anyone has an alternative solution to this I would be interested in
hearing it.

Thankyou.
