[EnergyPlus_Support] Error caused by holes?

I am simulating a multi-story building.

If I try to run all 3 floor at the same time, I get a series of error messages like:  "Error getting other opening (hole) id:F_1610752_0_0_10061"

I can run floors 1 and 2  and 1 and 3 together, but not all at the same time.  Note: All interior doors are modelled as holes in order to use data for further CFD analysis.

I have not been able to track down the problem area because I cannot find any match to the error message data in the IDF file.

Does anyone know how to track down the problem?
