Hi EP Group,

Does anyone know where I can find design days for Harbin, China?  I'm looking for the following:

Ann Htg 99.6% Condns DB
Ann Clg .4% Condns DB=>MWB
Ann Clg .4% Condns WB=>MDB

I currently have degree days that do not specify the conditions (i.e. 99.6%, 92%...).  Are there significant differences between different types of desing days?
