The EMS feature includes “actuators” for nodes registered as outdoor air nodes.  The level of ease probably varies from person to person but it is fairly simple to setup a sensor based on a schedule and then set that value to an “Outdoor Air System Node” actuator.  You should set values for both the Drybulb and Wetbulb for a full description of the inlet air conditions.

Schedule:File is quite a useful object. However, can you easily overwrite the conditions of the outside air node that compact hvac references? If so, how?
