You can still transition the Ecotect files to V5.

You can easily download the multiple transition files necessary to
accomplish the changes -- and run the IDF converter GUI to easily
transition a file or a set of files.

Unfortunately, we have no control over what Ecotect decides to export as
an IDF file.
