Have you looked at the Commercial Reference Buildings?  There's a hospital.  It doesn't have 100% OA but

Also search the ExampleFiles.xls spreadsheet, it has several examples of heat recovery in OA including TermRhGenericOAHeatRecMinExh.idf and DesiccantDehumidifierWithCompanionCoil.idf

I'm trying to model a Hospital and use 100% Outside air with Heat recovery.  Has anyone had any experience with Hospitals and/or models of this kind of setup?  Is it possible to model it correctly?
