Have you changed the activity schedule to reflect ths slower
met rate?  Are you using V5?  The documentation added some more
explanation,  I think.

And maybe you should be basing your calcs on a detailed output rather
than hourly.  Hourly may average some of the variables.  --
include the schedule values in your outputs as well.
