Its hard to tell.  I think others have had success with custom output variables working in summary tables.  Check the error file for messages about tabular reporting problems.

Thank you, that worked well. However, when I try to extract the monthly summed values for the fan during the heating or cooling mode, '0.0' shows up in the monthly table for all months in the table.csv file. These values show up correctly in the .csv file for each timestep. Am I missing something?
