The Heat and Moisture calculation provides you the means you could use to calculate that in the EnergyPlus simulation but there are many details to provide for that kind of simulation.

What you are probably looking for is THERM, from LBNL. I believe it can calculate dew point in a wall, albeit not in the context of a whole building simulation.
