[EnergyPlus_Support] ASHRAE qurey on water cooled chillers



Hi
 
I  have a qurey in ASHRAE 90.1 ,like  is there any where mentioned like we should use only water cooled chillers in  in Base case Model , if the conditioned area of the building is greater than 150000 sqft , it has mentioned only about using chilled water plant , nothing about the condenser part , any advice would be helpful
