[EnergyPlus_Support] How to model four pipe chiller with simultaneous heating and cooling

Hello,

I'm in the process of simlulating a new office building. The HVAC system uses a four pipe chiller to provide both chillled water and heating water. The model is the Climaventa NECS-Q 0262. It is an air source unit capable of simultaneus heating and cooling (in the simulataneous mode it operates much like a water-to-water heat pump).

The heating water (42 degrees celcius entering, 50 degrees leaving) produced is supplied to in-slab heating pipework, and fan coil units. There is also a solar thermal system providing additional water heating.

The chilled water (12 degrees celcius entering, 7 degrees leaving) supplies fan coil units only.

I'm really not sure of the best way to model this type of chiller. It seems to operate in a manner that would require an amalgamation of several of the EnergyPlus plant models depending upon operating conditions.

Do you have any suggestions about the most accurate way to simulate this type of plant?

Thankyou.
