Yes, that is no problem (look at almost any of the example
files -- which have both).

I'm just saying that the summary outputs will only be displayed properly
(numbers in slots) for the RunPeriod simulation.

If they are not, send your input file and indicate what weather file you
are using to the helpdesk.
