[EnergyPlus_Support] how to reassign EMS:Sensor value

Hi, all.
Can I reassign EMS:Sensor value?
That means, if there is a EMS:Sensor T1, does "set T1 = T1 + 1" work in the EMS:Pragram?
For example, the outdoor air temp is in the degrees Fahrenheit, and I want to reset it in the Celsius.
