With the update release (V5.0.0.035) we added the weather
variables as EMS sensors.  However we did not add documentation with
the update.

(All internals to EnergyPlus are handled in SI units -- so your example
of Fahrenheit temperature -- not sure what you are saying).

Outdoor Dry Bulb [C]
Outdoor Dew Point [C]
Outdoor Relative Humidity [%]
Diffuse Solar [W/m2]
Direct Solar [W/m2]
Wind Speed [m/s]
Wind Direction [deg]

were added.
