[EnergyPlus_Support] Simulation of an adiabatic room with cooling ceiling



Hi,

I've started  working on an project where I want to have an adiabatic room with a cooling ceiling (LowTempRadiant:Variableflow). Cooling load is created by lights (100% convective). 
When I set the thermal absorptance in material to 0,9 (which is needed) the simulation takes 15 minutes and I get about 30,000 warnings concerning convergence problems (and I have to restart EP-Launch). When I set to 0,1 e+ has finished in a minute and I get no warnings. 
What's this about?

The file is attached. Please, can anyone tell me whether I made a mistake in the construction of the room or the setup of the Loop?
