What supply air temperature would you like? 10C? How much outside air do
you need? You would pick these values according to your design. Same for
the other inputs.
The Sizing:Zone object applies to all equipment in the zone. I would use
the higher of the 2 air flow rates. But if you want to size these
systems more like they would actually be, then make multiple runs using
different sizing object inputs, and then use these inputs to "manually"
size each system.
