Hello,
I have noticed that in SolarCollectorPerformance:FlatPlate object, the field "Gross Area" is provided mainly for reference whereas the area of
the associated collector surface object is used in all calculations.
My question is: do we have to define a surface object equivalent to the the net aperture area of the solar collector? But in this case we may lose some shading surfaces because we do not take into account the total area of the solar collector?
Thanks!
Herve
