[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: ASHRAE 90.1-2007 9.4.1.1 & 9.4.1.2

I've found a half-answere in the 90.1 user's manual that says one can claim a 10% lighting power reduction factors in table G3.2.

So I'll define a schedule like ON during operating times, and just reduce my lighting powers as per this table.

I guess the harder option is to write an EMS to manipulate the lighting schedule using the occupant schedule. I'll use the easier. But I feel like that is a big assumption.
