Hi I am new for the Energyplus software. I would like to ask concerning about the ExampleFile Generator which is plugin with the google sketchup. During the first attempt I am able to summit the required detail to the net and I get the respond through my inbox. However Since yesterday afternoon I am unable to recieve the source code like the first attempt did. And no matter how many times I resend I still didn't get the reply in my inbox. How can I rectify the problem? Is there anyway else? Thanks in advance.
