Is there an updated version of this document:

There is no mentioned of specifying weather uncertainty in the newest e+ InputOutputReference manual.
I am looking at specifying uncertainty flags in weather data inputs, as per page 5 to 7 of the above document. It appears that the uncertainty flags are dated with regards to weather data in e+v5.
