One clarification... the October 2010 release of EnergyPlus v6.0 will include the ability to model CO2 concentration in zones and modulate outdoor ventilation flow to maintain a specified zone concentration level (setpoint).
The model assumes the CO2 concentration is uniform within each zone ("well mixed" model).
