Thanks for your replies. So, I am a little confused, is it possible to calculate CO2 (uniform) concentration in each zone as well as CO2 distribution (hours above/below specific ppm steps)  in the current version? And the October release will have the additional feature to regulate the ventilation flow accordingly?

One clarification... the October 2010 release of EnergyPlus v6.0 will include the ability to model CO2 concentration in zones and modulate outdoor ventilation flow to maintain a specified zone concentration level (setpoint).

The model assumes the CO2 concentration is uniform within each zone ("well mixed" model).
