[EnergyPlus_Support] Wall window surface ratio and CAD Files

I have some troubles getting the geometry layout for my building in Energyplus.
Questions:

1. Where in the idf file can I change/edit the window to wall ratio. Where in the IDF file can I change the length/Width?Window area? Wall area
2. I have the CAD drawing for my building, but I am not sure how to input that in E+ and let E+ read it correctly.
3. Is there any free software can generate nice graphic output?

For the HVAC component, what are some MOST IMPORTANT varietals I would worry about?
