You've specified part of the information necessary to create
a meteonorm file for you:


Name of Location (including country)
Latitude (N+/S-)(decimal format preferred)
Longitude (E+/W-)(decimal format preferred)
Time Zone (+/- GMT)
Elevation (meters)
