[EnergyPlus_Support] E+ and DesignBuilder

Dear E+ Team,

I'm simulation with E+ and DesignBuilder, to export the design cooling from DesignBuilder to E+, and simulate cooling design in E I can not get the report HVACSizingSummary, however when I create a new object HVAC SizingZone Object Design, the report HVACSizingSummary appears.

Anyway I have a difference between the two reports,
which is the difference??

DesignBuilder                               E+

Zone 39084     Cooling Capacity: 21.29 Kw             Cooling Capacity 20 Kw

                       Design Flow Rate 1.38 m3/s           Design Flow Rate 1.2 m3/s.
