[EnergyPlus_Support] I don't know how to increase the water flow in the cooling coil.

fellows, I am a student who just learn how to use EnergyPlus.I have met a problem. In my model simulating, the water flow in cooling coil is very little, only about 1/5 of the design water flow pass through the cooling coil, most of the water flow always pass through the passby. Beacuse of it, the outlet water temperature is very high, is about 22 ¡æ, that is too hot for me, I want to let all of the water pass through the coolig coil and let the outlet water temperature be more lower. But I don't know how to do.
I have read the Engineering Reference in EnergyPlus, but i can't fine how EnergyPlus calcuates the entering water flow rate at operation condition.
So I want to ask fellows for help. Thank you.
