[EnergyPlus_Support] E+ developer questions/proposals?

Hi,

My name is Martin Gogov and I've been writing an advanced E+ frontend for awhile so as a software developer I've found some bugs and inconsistencies (in the Linux shell scripts, in the documentation files, in the .idd schema, etc) so I want to make E+ better by filing bug reports and submitting proposals for improvements of the software.

Can I join a developer group for E+ or gain access to the bug tracking system or something similar so I can contribute to E+ with my ideas?
