[EnergyPlus_Support] energy plus crashed

Hi everyone,
Am using version 6 and I have problems with the simulation, when  begining run, appear like work is well, but before finish appear a message "energyplus crashed" please report crash " so I do not know if it was install good the program, because this problems is with all examples, or is my pc. Please, can you help me??
