Hi,
if you model your building in ecotect or skechup /openstudio or another software you don't need to change any number of geometry.they automatically set it.also if you have slope surfaces it's better to model in 3d software.

In the Zone section in E+ I need to enter the celling height of the zone. which one do I use? The lower the higher one or average?

Lets say that the celling is 2.7m if I stand in the house.
2. In E+, Do I put it like that or do I add the hieght of the floor and celling?

3. How do I take count of that in the second floor?
