Excuse me for second email.
I check your file again in Autocad also Sketchup.
You Zone definition is completely false:
1- E+ only can recognize Four corners for each surface but you modeled many surfaces (ceiling, Roof) that they have more that 4 surfaces

2- you didn't define different surfaces for outside and inside areas.
3-your model was broken at sorth- west . you can check you model by click on Drawing file or import it by open studio into Sketchup
