[EnergyPlus_Support] problem calibrating my model + problem in my eio file

Hi all,

I am trying to calibrating my model by checking the loads in a specific hour and then doing a hand calculation to double check the result. I found a big difference almost double when I do the hand calculation. I have been looking my eio file and I found that in some zones, the eio file doesn't give me the area of the walls or floor and, I am wondering if this could be the problem of why the result is so different. I did my geometric in open studio; there I am able to see any surface and its area. In my idf file seen to have all the surfaces and their description but the eio file does not give me the areas and i wonder if energy plus is miss calculating something or by contrary I am making a mistake when I am doing the hand calculation but I have check my times and I am getting bit fed up now
