[EnergyPlus_Support] u-value question

hi again,

I am finding a very high u-value and iam wondering if i am doing something wrong This my material spec:

! <Material>,Material Name,Thickness {m},Conductivity {w/m-K},Density {kg/m3},Specific Heat {J/kg-K},ThermalResistance {m2-K/w}
! <Material:Air>,Material Name,ThermalResistance {m2-K/w}
! <CTF>,Time,Outside,Cross,Inside,Flux (except final one)
 Construction,EXTERIOR FLOOR,   3,   7,   0.167,      14.56    ,   0.900,   0.900,   0.700,   0.700,MediumRough
 Material,100MM DENSE CONCRETE SLAB,  0.1000,         1.900,   2300.000,      840.000,  0.5263E-01
 Material,5MM SCREED,  0.0050,         1.400,   2100.000,      650.000,  0.3571E-02
 Material,10MM CERAMIC TILES,  0.0100,         0.800,   1700.000,      850.000,  0.1250E-01

this is giving me and u-value of 14.55 W/(m²K). the floor is not insulated but do you think is quite resonable value or is very high?
