[EnergyPlus_Support] u-value question

hi again, 

I am finding a very high u-value and iam wondering if i am doing something wrong This my material spec:

 Material,5MM SCREED,  0.0050,         1.400,   2100.000,      650.000,  0.3571E-02
 Material,10MM CERAMIC TILES,  0.0100,         0.800,   1700.000,      850.000,  0.1250E-01

this is giving me and u-value of 14.55 W/(m²K). the floor is not insulated but do you think is quite resonable value or is very high?
