[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Outside Air on A Unitary System

The fan is set to continuous.  I guess my main question is when using the Unitary HVAC template and specifying an Outside Air requirement.  Is that outside air (colder than 55 deg. F) being heated as it enters the space (to 55 deg. F)?
