Hi,
As I know in E+ you can convert your units in two ways
1- for Tables and HTML outputs
OutputControl:Table:Style >  Unit conversion

2-for Csv Files
in EP-Lunch active
2-1- View\ option\ miscellaneous\ Convert ESO/MTR to IP Unit
2-2 in the  C:\EnergyPlusV6-0-0\PostProcess\convertESOMTRpgm
edit convert.txt file
in this file with '! -' you can active or inactive the converter sections
